"Global Meet for Resurgent Bihar" organized during 19-21 January 2007 brought together on one platform policy makers, leaders of industry and trade, scholars and social activists to identify and set the development agenda for the State. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the then President of India, inaugurated the meet and set the agenda for the resurgence of Bihar.During the deliberations several administrative and policy reforms for Image and Brand building of Bihar, strategic interventions in Agriculture & Allied Sectors, Agro-based industries, Tourism, Education, Power, Infrastructure and Health sectors came up.Bihar Foundation is the result of those deliberationsAll of you have been associated with the Bihar Foundation, either directly or indirectly over the past few months.
